And just like that, with sandwiches and surfboards in hand, on August 30, 2005, in Tofino, BC, we were engaged. It turned out to be so exciting that the next time we surfed wasn’t until the next day as celebrations took precedence. It’s even more exciting to think about the fact that in a world of 6.5 billion people, God drew a beeline between us and we found each other. We would be honored to have you, our family and friends, celebrate that fact with us in Vancouver on Sunday, September 3, 2006.
